Appointments/Walk-Ins
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Appointment times are between 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, but vary depending on the volume of patients. Walk-ins are LIMITED based on scheduling and availability, so please CALL AHEAD. Emergency & Urgent Care
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 5-6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Emergencies can be things such as bug bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call. If possible, it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. Unfortunately, we do not offer after-hours emergency services, but we can refer you to an excellent after-hours emergency hospital if needed.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our staff will work to “squeeze” you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our staff will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.

Discounts
Our hospital offers discounted services to local area pet rescue groups. Pre-approval is required through the group to qualify for the rescue group discounts. Please call us for more information regarding this topic. Additionally, when referring a friend or family member to our clinic you are entitled to client referral bonus!
